Hi Christophe,
Jim Carswell successfully replaced closed louvred resin grills with
Evergreen clapboard siding (He's working on the AEF Israeli Puma). The
material is like mini vinyl siding and on a tank it looks like closed
louvres if that's the pattern you're searching for.
Go directly to your model railroad shop and check the Plastruct and
Evergreen stands. If you don't see them then ask to see a catalogue.
