The Panzer Iv late Ausf. G and Ausf. H had air cleaners on the side which
resembled long cylinders. Both also had the long L/48 gun.

However, the transmission cover plates on the sides were notably different
and, since the Academy PzIV Ausf. H is a knockoff of Tamiya's early release
Pz IV Ausf. H, it is the latter type which is included. To convert it to a
G, several changes can be made if you are fastidious.

Yet, mud and some simple use of plastic card will make a quick and easy
