The AFV Club set came out several months back. I think it is pretty nice, with a couple of reservations. It is fairly expensive and does not come with tracks. If you shop around, you can find an Academy M51 for not much more than just the HVSS set. It is meant to operate, and is sort of toylike in that regard. Detail is very good. Still, the units will really not operate as on the real tank, as although the left and right sides of the unit are articulated, the shock tube across the top is solid and will not expand or compress.

I think the DML HVSS is rather spindly and the wheels are very poor. Mounting brackets are totally fictitious too.
