beware of the vinyl tires in some of dragon's russian kits. A freind of
mine built a bunch of their russian wheeled stuff and had many of them
end up with melted wheel syndrome as the tires degraded and the vinyl ate
the plastic wheel hubs

Either cast new tires or or use a baremetal foil barrier or similar
between the tires and hubs.
