Hi,
It seems that the hollow guide horns are only on the 36cm wide tracks. I
have most of the PzIV kits and none have hollow guide horns. Even their
QuarterMaster series tracks (super-detailed according to the box) has solid
guide teeth.
See if the tracks you are writing about is the 36cm or 40cm track. I do not
have either of the two kits you have mentioned.
