Mine is not Waldron brand, but a miniature hole punch set is pretty

Unfortunately, no. Getting the precise fit needed for a punch and die to
work properly required some reasonably good machining and a competent
tool maker to get it right.
There are several brands of punch and die sets available: Waldron,
Historex and (I think) Reheat. There are subtle differences in each set,
but they all do roughly the same job. Try to get the set with the
largest number of different sizes.
