Very nice. I have an original 70's era Sd.Kfz. (motorized) also...I remember the suspension was fairly detailed. I also have the 88 mm gun that could be towed...but over the years, both models have suffered damage (like, major structural pieces getting broken), but the half-track is intact. I have all 8 (or is it 11?) troops in my model. I used a leaf green on a sand base camo pattern.
It's interesting you say the quality isn't anything like that is produced today...because way back then, Tamiya was THE manufacturer to beat!
