Thanks for the answer Christophe I do have the KIFV from Academy, and a you suggested, some parts of the interior can be used with some alterations.The problem is that I would like to build all the Belgian variants (with interiors) and there is some difference between the types used over here.
Another problem is that there are no good AFV modelling shops in the region where I live, and yes, one can order thru Mail-order, but when conversion kits do come on the market, one does like to see what one buys.
