In my opinion, dragon may satisfy your requirements.

the suspension arms are molded seperately and indiviudal track links are provided in the kit.

the sprockets, wheels and bogies are of course much more detailed
than tamiyas.

AFV club has a suspension upgrade set for either the 251
since its all plastic its relativley cheap. i'm not sure if they are interchangeable
