While I don't have any photos to hand, I can offer soem basic dims of the Firefly breech ring, measured from Bovington's vehicle.
It is 11" long, 16.5" wide and 14.5" tall (bear in mind it is on its side compared to the towed weapon, so these dims are for thr tank mount). The block itself (the bit which slides horizontally in a slot in the breech ring, again dims are as it appears in the tank) is 5.5" tall, 7" long and 13" wide at the top and bottom faces (it curves down between them). |
