There is a very simple way to put the Friul tracks together, without
pre-cutting any pins. Keep the wire spooled up so you have something to
hang on to. Simply push the wire into the joint until it firmly stops then
check the joint to make sure you properly threaded all the holes.
Then snip off the wire flush and move to the next. If you want them to be
extra strong, a tiny drop of CA glue right in the hole will seal the deal.
If you put a tiny drop, the links will remain workable. Remeber, the
Friul tracks are LEFT and RIGHT, so a tiny end of the wire showing is not
an issue if you put the tracks on the proper sides because they will all
be hidden.
TIP: Keep the wire as straight as possible, and gently rotate or spiral
the wire into the joint holes. Every now and then one of the holes will be
plugged up, but on the last set I did it was perhaps 1 in 20 links.
