Hi, here is my modest input on the subject on top of the previous ones.

One
Whatever you do with resin, the stuff itself is rather harmless healthwise.
Resin sawdust is another matter, very unhealty for your respiratory tracts and lungs.
I have to be blunt : dry resin dust can cause cancer.

Two
The way to overcome is to always saw resin with a lot of water.
Cutting or carving with a sharp blade results in (relatively...) larger bits coming off dry and those are harmless since normally they are too large to breathe in.

On the other hand, the dust particles that result from sawing or dremeling are a health hazard when dry.
Keep the whole area on and around your work as wet as possible.
The sawdust then gathers in sort of soggy little lumps that are easily wiped away with a paper tissue or cloth.
Discard tissue/cloth immediately and wash your hands when ready.
If you dont wash your hands properly, particles might stay behind under fingernails and would become irritating after a while when dry again.

Three
It is always recommended to also wear a facemask when sawing resin.

Four
Don't smoke or don't eat/drink at the same time when sawing resin.

Sofar the bad news, the good news is....where would we be without the stuff ?
