HMMmmmmmmm-- another one sucked into the vortex... Good!
I have the Formations adj. idler and its great, but only with the indi track; the banded track will snap or bend the idler mount.
As Marc said the AFV club tracks are pretty good (they should however, be made into non-workable ones or "paint" the end connectors for a better fit.
The Tamiya rubber band tracks T48 are awesome, but you may need to remove one block in order to get the proper fit.

Also, you can cut down the Italeri parts and make the idler mount swing by cutting it off(may need replacing with stock) and inserting a pin through the mount to get the angle you need.

The only sherman that would have any sag at all ( and not much) would be a M4A4.
