Hey Guys,

As a kid I built a 1/48th P51 from Hawk. It looked great with the bazooka tubes and everything. I put it in the box and was going to take it in the car to a friends house to show it off putting it safely in the rear floorboard. Mom made a quick stop at the grocery on route, moved the box to the area behind the back seat in direct sun light. Wheen I took it out of the box at my friend's house it's wing tips drooped to touch the ground and the canopy had melted down on top of the seat. I was crushed. This has been a fun thread to read.
