So I'm struggling with my first PE set. The nuances of cyanoacrylate glue seem to be escaping me. I've tried placing the small parts with "Grab-It Stix" but more often than not, the CA glue gets on that too, and gets a little of the sticky on the model as well as the part.
What are the tricks to getting all these "fiddly bits" in place? Super-thin CA? The slightly thicker CA? I've tried using a pin to place a small amount of glue on the target area but not enough gets on the pin to begin with. This old dawg wants to learn these new tricks, but I have a bit of a mental block here. |
