I got a test-bottle of citadels new superglue, and that comes in a little bottle with a brush in the cap. It far better for managing pe that what i used earlier.. might be worth a shot? I still use toothpicks or bits of wire for the most fiddly bits, but that little brush is ingenious when attaching the 'larger' pe parts..
