I use Uhu superglue gel without solvent - this is important because i will get heavy Asthma attacks of the regular CA glue - and Aktivator. the activator (i use a Greven product) makes the ca glue react immediately, what means when you want it.
sometimes the ca glue is a bit sturdy, glueing anything but what it is supposed to, so the activator is quite helpful.

first, like the others, apply the glue with a toothpick. then take the part with the pliers. position the part. then a little drop of activator close to the part and glue and it will react. do not apply the aktivator directly - your tool will stick immediatly.

cheers
Frank
