Infact this does have dry brushing - just what I call "Reverse Drybrush". But I will get into that in a bit.
First step was to prime the model in a very dark, almost black, grey. I then post shade with ligher grey on all surfaces. Then lighten the grey once more and do lower horizontal surfaces. Detail paint tools etc, then gloss coat, decals, semi gloss coat. Filter, pin wash, and then flat coat. Ok now I take the base color, and with a dry brush go back and hit areas with both scrubbing motion and flicking that the crew would wear away dust and grime. Some chipping with red and 9B graphite and thats it!
