That's such an obvious solution that I'm a little surprised more people don't follow it. After all, how often does a new kit appear that you just have to have six months before an improved version comes along? I wonder how many of those who bought the first releases still have them in their unbuilt stashes even after the corrected versions appear.
I certainly have more than I can reasonably expect to make unless I discover how to live to 250 so I am more discriminating in what I buy now. I like the early Pz IV but I know for sure that if I had bought one last year it would be unbuilt like most of the other ones (of varying vintages) that I did buy at the time. Plastic kits do not, as a rule, increase in desirability as the years pass.... |
