Hi Nick,
There was an article on this particular tank in "Military Modelling" magazine a few months back, can't remember the exact issue number though. The article was titled "Carole the D-Day Firefly", should be accessible via their website. There were several more of the pre-embarkation photos taken at Gosport in it, showing more detailed views - I think they were supplied by one of the crew members.
