I just recieved this set of wheels from an Ebay purchase. I got this set and Tamiya's T/34/76 CHTZ version for $19 using the "buy it now" option.
I thought this had to be a very good deal, even for the burned wheel set alone.
They do seem to be very nice. For any of you that may not be famliar with this set it comes with twenty wheels with the rubber completely burned off so all you have is the rim. Also comes with resin hubs and resin suspension arms.
I was wondering if any of you have built a burned out tank with the rubber completely burned off of the wheels.
I'd really like to hear from anyone who can help me when it comes to reproducing the ashes or debris from the rubber that has burned away from the rims.
I have no idea where to even start with this.Any help would be greatly appreciated!
