Actually its the type _13_ cab and, as you said, the Tamiya kit is the
#12 cab, made by Ford.
Speaking of #13 cabs, anyone know why the forward tilted windscreen of
the 13 cabs was not built into other trucks after the war? The idea was
that the forward tile would greatly reduce the possibility of a
reflection from the windscreen. Did this not actually work or what?
Always been curious about that....
