Short answer, no, no one to my knowledge produces modern canadian troops in 1/35th scale.

Closest thing to it is the nice modern canuck field gear kit produced byb Maple Leaf Models.

Otherwise you are stuch mixing and matching from either resin sources or dragon's figure kits. Of Course some of our uniform gear has changed a lot in th epast little while so some conversions take a lot more than others... compare pics of out first UNPROFOR troops to those on Op Apollo and there are few similaries other than the cut of the fatigues.

Though conversion is required it is not that involved though depending what specific deployment you ar elooking at it is amazing what some of the dragon non-usmilitary modern sets can also provide.
