In Kirin's 200mm SEAL Diver, there's a rod with a grooved cap on top. This
piece almost resembles a pipe bomb with one end cap. Does anyone know what
this piece is and where it goes?
The kit doesn't come with instructions and the box photos don't show this
piece.
