Pete,

Black clothing is never as dull as it seems. With wear these flame retardent
clothes get a slight sheen from friction. If you rub the PACTRA black with a
lint-free cloth carefully you should get that result. That would eliminate
the problem of the slight sheen in the other paint brands.
Give it a try on a derelict model, I would say. Why not experiment and let
us know the results?
