Hi. I recently purchased you How to Paint Realistic Military Figures, 2nd Ed. book. On the cover and also within the book is a photo of Verlinden's 120mm Navy Seal, Desert Storm. this photo shows him wearing the night desert parka with the small checkerboard pattern. I was wondering how the person who painted this figure created that pattern. I have had a couple of suggestions from others, but wanted to get direct info from you.
