The quick and easy rule of thumb to tell army from marine outfits is that army infantry divisions are called infantry divisions while marine divisions are called marine divisions, i.e. 43rd Infantry Division, 1st Marine Division. Most photos seem to show army and marine tank crews in similar uniforms better suited to warmer climates. Warriors made a set of three marine tankers, and I think they also remarketed them as separate figures.
