Rod,
I have one. It's been partially assembled then partially disassembled. Basically, the body halves, legs and boots are glued together; The hat is glued to the head and the right hand is glued to the cuff. The right thumb is the only part missing, but it would be easy to make a new one since it's just curled up into the hand.
