Hi,

It can't be too large and it must be jpeg format. Use a graphics program
such as Irfanview (www.irfanview.com) to save it in jpeg format. The
aforementioned program is freeware.

If that does not resolve the problem, email the photo as it is to me at
saulgarcia@att.net and I'll post it on your behalf.
