I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the Dragon Action figures are 1/6 scale (12") whereas 120mm is about 1/15 or 1/16 scale which is much smaller. I think they may also have a line of smaller collectible figures at 1/18 scale. You can go to their website: www.dragon-models.com to check this.
