sorry, but I don't know good sites either. But there is a very good book "German Soldiers of World War Two" By Jean de Lagarde (Publisher: Casemate; ASIN: 2908182297), which shows original uniforms and equipment in very good and detailled studio coulor photos. It's very detailled and a must for figure modelers. As it is very expensive (95US$ at amazon.com), I would look for it at amazon.de (28 Euros incl. pp) or at ebay (I've got mine there for just 12 Euros/11US$). I can really recommend it! There are also some fine books by a publisher Podzun Pallas, in which they show WWII bw and colour photos. But I don't know, if these are available outside of Europe. I think, it is a polish publisher.
