Is the enclosed picture the figure you're asking about? If so, it was
made by APC back in 1997 or so, entitled Joe Backfield. According to the
write-up in MMiR it was based on a real person serving in Guam, and the
figure kit includes a picture of him. No contact information was
provided in the write-up, unfortunately.
