Hi
Squadron used to distribute Historex-made figures that were 54mm. They had weapons that would work.
You could also try the old Airfix Multipose figure sets.
The best way to find that stuff is on eBay.
Try posting your query on www.planetfigure.com
This figure specific question is likely to get some response there.
Guys who do the sculpting for various companies (including Warriors) post in those forums all the time.
