I've been trying to mix up some oils to paint a 2ed pattern jump smock Like the one in this link:

I can't seem to get anything that looks close (my last try was almost a turcquose). and since I can't figure out the colour, I'm not too sure what to use for a basecoat.

Anyways, I'm painting with windsor & neweton oils, and any suggestions would be useful.
