I can't say that I'm at all familiar with windsor & newton oils, so I can't recommend a color mix there. However, if you're willing to use another brand, and able to find them, I would highly recommend Tamiya's RLM Grey (not sure of the stock number). It should be an almost perfect match for your needs.
