Curtis,
I have been doing Resin figs for awhile and agree with the Super glue method. I use a gel as it is less messy and gives you time to move things a bit. I do have a suggestion on how to fill the gaps. There is a product called Aves Apoxie Sculpt. This is a 2 part epoxie non toxic cleans up with water and can be carved and shaped as needed. You can also smooth the surface with a wet finger or a wet Q-tip. It sands also. There are those that sculpt figures with this product and really like it. I find it to work very well. Just mix the 2 parts together and fill your seams. I have 2 of the Airborne Miniatures Germans and the fit is a little off on them but not terrible so I'll use the Apoxie Sculpt on them. I hope this helps. Brock Oh the apoxie gas no smell either.
