Hi, Paul,

These are quite resistant to paint or thinner.

Glueing is just like PS. But when you sand it, there will be some sort of fluff remain on the parts. The better way is scrape with a sharp exacto blade, and brush a tiny amount of Tamiya Thin Cement before and after the scraping.
