I've used Vallejos and other acrylics for faces.
What's your question exactly?
The link given to Jaume Ortiz article is very useful.

Are you used to painting with another medium? Switching to acrylics for faces requires a different method. I find it works best to lay in the base color, then do shadows, then the highlights last. You need to use very thinned paint, but you have to keep very little on your brush - which is a challenge.
