casting these small figures is quite difficult if you do not have a profdessional casting equipment. the small molds need to be cast with pressure to fill the form entirely and reduce air bubbling.
of course you can cast them, but you will have a lot of miscast if you can not cast under pressure.
the silicone is the most expensive part of the story, you will need one with low shore hardness.
resin is not too expensive. maybe you could cast in white metal. if you have a miscast, just melt it again...
