Calvin Tan's book is actually titled, "Modelling Waffen-SS Figures". Like other Osprey books on modelling this one illustrates a range of techniques from sculpting, converting, and painting. Four different figures are modelled in 1/35 scale and while each displays to various degrees Tan's very impressive converting and scultpting skills there's also very good coverage of how the camouflage uniforms are painted. I actually bought the book because I was looking for a good guide to painting SS camouflage uniforms and I wasn't disappointed.
