Well Taesung can certainly show some tricks, and has done on Timelines. And Alan Ball is great for sharing 'trade secrets'. Again on Timelines.
Anders Heintz has started doing a lot of sculpting, and is free with tips too. So you should chase after them and see what help you can get.
And so far I have only managed minimal conversions, so balding chaps are a great advance on me!
