I think it would be unlikely.
I am reading the H&C Canadians in NWEurope book by Bouchery, and there are lots of great photos. Do you have that?
There are some interesting combinations,but the Pixie suit appears to be worn unmodified. I think it's bulk would preclude putting the jerkin over it (maybe underneath?).
I could see it over the Denim suit, or the Canadian tank overalls... but still unlikely.
My wish-list for Brit/CW figures is guys in their shirtsleeves. It's HOT in France in July and August, and it was in 1944. There are lots of photos of troopers in their shirtsleeves, and there are NO kits on the market that I know of. Ultracast's offerings come closest. Of course you can add the camouflage scarf/veil if you like!! ;-)
You do have some stiff competition for guys in Pixie Suits from Ultracast.
