Just to expand a bit on Andy's comments- the most useful Commonwealth figure you could make would be in a generic 1937 battle dress. Shirt sleeves would be good, but Canadian shirts were a lot smarter than the Brit versions, so you loose some versatility. A figure in plain B.D could be anywhere in the world (except the tropics), leave it bear headed and it could be finished to represent any branch of the Army from 1939 to the 1950's.
