thanks for the info about the article.
i have posted a wanted request on the Ipms UK website to see if someone has a copy of the magazine.
hopefully i will be succesful in this matter.
i have found some information on the shoulder rank insignia but as with a great many things there is probabaly more available,it is just a case of looking and digging enough.
