| It usually depends on the figure being painted, most newer plastic figures have squinting eyes (like dragon), almost like slits so it is difficult to paint an iris into it, one way of doing it is just to apply flat black onto the slit. Then retouching around the sides. Unless you are dealing with older figures like Tamiya where they have very larger eyes you can use Shep Paine's technique. |
