Well, for the Russian uniforms you can use shades of brown, khaki, tan - its quite wide open especially if you consider weathered uniforms. There are lots of great books with photos, especially those by Europa Militaria with reeenactors wearing period pieces.
I can't help with the exact Humbrol colors, but I'm sure someone else can. I'd be less worried about an exact color match, and more concerned with showing the variety of shades of khaki-brown that are needed.
I know some early uniforms involved dark trousers, but I'll plead ignorance of the exact colors.
For the Germans you need to specify the time frame. Uniform colors changed from '39 to '45.
