The Tristar figures are pretty good and are correct for a late-war vehicle. The figures are a little skinny and the heads are not great. But it's a decent set and usually available cheaply.
If you're looking for really good, inexpensive Soviet crew figures give Minart figures a try. They have several sets and they are quite good.
If you want the ultimate and don't mind spending a lot, Tank (from Russia) are pretty much the best.
