Hello Michel,
As far as my documentation goes the German Panzer berets were roughly used up till the end of the French Campaign in 1940 only.
Actually they were more than soft berets, since some kind of crash helmet was somehow incorporated into the beret.
For Spring/Summer 1941 you would be wise to use the "Schiffchen" (.litterally "little boat"..) headgear that the standing guy with the binoculars wears on the box illustration of Dragon 6029.
The Schirm Mutze, the peaked soft cap worn by one of the other figures in this set is just a tad too early for your period.
In 1941 these caps were almost exclusively in use by the Mountain Troops and only got introduced into the rest of the Wehrmacht later than Spring/Summer '41.
Finally, perhaps superfluous; Sturm Artillery crews wore Fieldgrey uniforms with red Artillery arm-of-service colour, not the black uniforms of the Panzer troops.
The uniforms in 6029 are very much ok to use.
Hope This Helps & Happy Modelling
