Hi,
The two pictures I could find, readly of Sturmgeschutz crews wearing the padded beret were, a crew member of Sturm Abt 192 in Russia in 1941 and one of a whole crew of Strurm Abt 190 in the Balkans in 1941. Both of these options are targeted in the kits Decal sheet.
