I am not aware of any modern medical gera other than the afformentioned piece. I served in a unit with medics attached, but this was pre-OIF. They had a large medical bag that looked like a olive drab duffle bag made of tarp-style material (Rather than rayon, or nylon etc...) They also had a larger version of the style like the Map Carrying bag for field use.

Other than that, I cannot remember any other specific items that would not have been in either a M151A2/M113A2 or 2 1/2T truck. Uniforms were no different than a regular soldier.
